Why do we want to pay via social media? Your customers often do not decide in a day whether they buy a product. How nice is it to offer them the viewed product directly via Social Media and let them proceed to a sale in your webshop. It increases your conversion and the convenience of your customers!


How do you know which customers to approach? In order to approach your customers correctly, we use the existing targeting options of social media. For example, we use the Facebook Pixel.


Which payment methods are available? We currently use Tikkie, OK and PayPal. Apple Pay will also be added to the options very soon.


What happens to my data? Of course we handle this neatly and we comply with the GDPR legislation. We have described this in detail in our Privacy Policy. You can do this here find.

How is the further processing of an order? Just like a normal order, you will receive your customer's order and address details. If we make a direct link to your webshop, we can connect it to your own inventory management by means of a smart API connection.


How can you pay via social media? Through our unique in-house developed engine, we link the user data of, for example, Tikkie or PayPal to the webshop. The payments are completely safe and are handled by the party that your customer chooses.


I work with an online marketing agency. Can this remain so? Of course this is possible. Thanks to the user-friendly nature of our system, in principle anyone can expand their online marketing activities with Ad Up.


Can every phone read QR codes? The new models can do all this with the normal camera. A special app is therefore no longer necessary.

How do I register my webshop with Ad Up?

To register your webshop with Ad Up you can register via the following link:

How do I link my Woocommerce webshop to Ad Up? We need a Rest API connection to connect to your webshop. Log in to your own back-end system of your WordPress website.

  1. Click on WooCommerce in the menu of your WordPress backend and go to “Settings”.
  2. Click on “Advanced” in the bar above.
  3. Click on the “REST API” button.
  4. Create a new API connection by clicking on “Add key”.
  5. Give the API connection a name of your choice.
  6. Give the API connection read / write permissions.
  7. Copy the customer key (Key) & customer secret (Secret) in a document.
  8. Go to the backend of Ad Up and go to the page “Company”, edit the following fields here:
    1. API Type: Customize to Woocommerce.
    2. Enter End key (we use this to connect) the URL of your webshop supplemented with: / wp-json / wc / v3 / Example: https://www.jouwwebshop.nl/wp-json/wc/v3/
    3. API Key: enter your copied customer key (Key) here.
    4. API Secrete: enter your customer secret here.

How do I link my Magento 2 webshop to Ad Up? We need a Rest API connection to connect to your webshop. Log in to your own back-end system of your Magento 2. environment.

  1. Click on System in the menu of your Magento 2 backend and go to “Integrations”.
  2. Click on “Add integration”.
  3. Name the connection.
  4. Click API on the left and give full access via Recourses access -> all.
  5. Go back and confirm your settings with your password.
  6. Click -> activate in the integrations menu
  7. Copy the customer key (Consumer Key) & customer secret (Consumer Secret) into a document.
  8. Go to the backend of Ad Up and go to the page “Company”, edit the following fields here:
    1. API Type: adapt to Magento 2.
    2. Enter End key (we use this to connect) the URL of your webshop supplemented with: / rest / V1 / Example: https://www.jouwwebshop.nl/rest/V1/
    3. API Key: enter your copied customer key (Key) here.
    4. API Secrete: enter your customer secret here.

How do I import my products? Note: you need an active API connection for this.

Go to the “Product” page. Click on the “Sync products” button above. Our system loads your products and automatically generates QR codes.


How do I add my measurement pixels?

Via the page “Company” you can set the desired measurement pixels, which we will then load if a visitor wants to buy your product via Ad Up. You only need to copy the relevant ID of your pixel, we do the rest.

At the moment you can add the following pixels:

  • Facebook (numbers only)
  • Google Analytics (your UA tracking code)
  • Google tag manager (via this Tag Manager you can also add other pixels)

How do I design my own landing page?

Go to the “Company” page. Set the “Design type” to “Custom”.

Design your landing page using the fields below.

Tip: the bar at the top where the logo is located can also be transparent. For this, enter at Logo background color: “transparent”.


How do I import my products? Note: you need an active API connection for this.

Go to the “Product” page. Click on the “Sync products” button above. Our system loads your products and automatically generates QR codes.


How do I add payment providers?

In the menu, go to “Payment Provider” and add the obtained merchant IDs to the system.

Not yet a customer of Tikkie or OK? In order to join one of these payment providers, a separate contract must be concluded with the relevant payment provider. Our support department will contact you after your registration to discuss which payment provider you want to add.


How do I add Paypal?

Go to https://developer.paypal.com

Log in and create an “app”. Click on “Live” at the top right. Copy the Client ID and the Secret (press show). Add these codes in our backend system.


How do I view my landing pages?

You can view your landing page and the QR codes via the product page.

Via the first button you can view the landing page of this product (you can also use this URL for individual advertisements). With the 2nd icon adjust the product. The trash can gonce the product from the Ad Up system. With the QR Code bView & download the QR code.


How do I link the Ad Up system to automatic (dynamic) advertisements on Facebook or another advertising platform?

You can use the individual product URLs to sell your products, but you can also use our product feed to automatically load your products. To do this, go to the following page:

  1. Add a new product catalog and choose E-Commerce.
  2. Choose the option add product information.
  3. Go to your catalog and add products via “product data source”.
  4. Then choose a data feed and make a “schedule”. At the URL enter the Product feed URL that you find in our backend system on the Company page.
  5. Load the products.
  6. Go to your products and advertise your new products with Ad Up via the button “Advertise product collection”. (Note: your Facebook pixel must also be installed on your webshop)
