How does per-client billing work for agencies?
You're billed monthly for each client whose platforms are actively connected. Onboard a client and they count toward your bill; offboard them and they drop off the next cycle. No per-query or per-user charges.
How does per-seat billing work for enterprise?
You're billed monthly per active employee seat. Seats map to the people who use AdUp through an AI assistant. Add a marketer, add a seat; remove them and the seat frees up.

What counts as a connected platform?
Any platform you link over OAuth for a client — Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, GA4, Search Console, HubSpot or Intercom. Connecting more platforms for a client doesn't change the per-client price.
Can we bring our own MCP servers?
Yes, on Agency, Business and above. Point the Control Center at any MCP server by URL, and AdUp will classify its tools and enforce your write policies.
